Use of the Site

Eligibility

Access to and use of tirangalotteryplay.in.net (the "Site") is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legally entitled to participate in lottery or prize-based activities under the laws applicable in their state or union territory of residence within India. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. Residents of states where lottery participation is restricted by local legislation, including certain provisions under the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998, are solely responsible for verifying their own compliance before using the Site.

Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use the Site solely for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with the Tiranga Lottery services offered herein. You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or its servers, transmit malware or harmful code, engage in fraudulent conduct related to lottery entries or prize claims, systematically scrape content without prior written consent, or impersonate Tiranga Lottery, its staff, or any other individual or entity. Any violation of these conditions may result in immediate suspension of your access without prior notice.

Account Responsibility

Where the Site requires you to register an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Payments and prize disbursements may be processed through UPI-enabled platforms including PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM; you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any payment details you provide. You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, lottery draw data, software, and page layouts, is the property of Tiranga Lottery or its licensed content providers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and other applicable intellectual property laws. The Tiranga Lottery name, wordmarks, and associated logos are trademarks of their respective owners and may not be used without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may attract civil and criminal liability under Indian law.

Limited Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or its content; reverse-engineer any software forming part of the Site; or create derivative works without our express written consent. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Tiranga Lottery.

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, services, and features provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tiranga Lottery does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Lottery results and prize information displayed on the Site are provided for convenience only; official draw records govern in the event of any discrepancy.

Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Tiranga Lottery, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its services. This includes losses arising from failed or delayed UPI transactions processed via PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM, or from third-party platform outages beyond our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Tiranga Lottery in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
